Who we are

This website is run by Amplifyre Marketing OÜ, registered in Estonia under registry code 16548094, at Parda tn 6, 10151 Tallinn, Estonia. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you contact us or book a call

Your name, email address, company and whatever you write to us. We use it to answer you, prepare and hold the call, and, if we work together, to run the work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and the contract itself once there is one.

When you book a call, our online booking tool stores the booking details for us.

When you visit the site

We count visits with Plausible Analytics. It uses no cookies and stores no personal data: it tells us how many people visited, which pages they read and where they came from, as totals only.

• Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager): which pages and videos you view, so we see which content works.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag: tells LinkedIn you visited, so we can show our LinkedIn ads to people who know us and see which ads bring visits.

The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. What these tools place in your browser is on our cookie page.

Who receives your data

Only the services named above, which process it for us: Plausible, Google, LinkedIn and our booking tool, plus our email provider (Google Workspace). We do not sell personal data. Google and LinkedIn may process data outside the European Union; they do so under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contract clauses.

How long we keep it

Messages and booking details: as long as we are in contact, and no longer than two years after the last contact if we do not work together. Client records: as long as accounting law requires us to keep business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy, to limit its use or to object to it. Send the request to [email protected]; we answer within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or to the authority in the country where you live; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
